The production combined practical stop-motion set builds and live-action capture with fully developed 3D character design, modeling, animation, and finishing for a seamless integrated final film.

Led production across a hybrid pipeline requiring tight coordination between physical production vendors and internal 3D teams, ensuring set construction, camera capture, and plate photography aligned precisely with pre-developed character assets and animation specifications. Managed cross-team schedules, approvals, and technical alignment under budget constraints and evolving client expectations.
Provided continuous stakeholder guidance and vendor coordination to maintain creative intent and craft quality across mediums. Final spots delivered as visually cohesive hybrid pieces recognized for their design and animation execution.
